Flu vaccine is recommended every fall for all infants and children from six months of age.
If your child needs a camp or sports form filled out, he/she must have had a physical in the past twelve months. We recommend a brief sports exam before the start of the school year. There is a nominal charge for filling out forms for school, camp or daycare.
