Vaccination Policy

Complete Care for Kids is dedicated to providing the best care possible for our patients, their families, and our community. The pediatricians at Complete Care for Kids believe that this type of care includes vaccinations.  Vaccinating children is an important preventative measure we can take in keeping our patients healthy.

At each well child check appointment, you will be presented with a copy of the Vaccination Information Statement created by the Centers for Disease Control.  Please discuss any questions regarding vaccinations with your child’s doctor.
